How do you create CSS Styles in Expression Web 3?
1. One way to create and manage CSS Styles in Expression Web 3 is to use the Manage Styles Panel and the Style Builder (new style dialog box). This is my favorite way.
**In the Manage Styles Panel, Click "New Style". [See Below]
This will open the Style Builder.
The Style Builder is used to Create the actual CSS Style Rules (style declarations). [See below]
2. A second way to create CSS Styles is to write them directly onto your External Style Sheet. This is a bit more involved, but you can certainly learn how to do this using Expression Web.
But let's stick with the Style Builder and Manage Styles Panel for now.
