Page Properties: Title-Description-Keywords
Every Web Page that you make in Expression Web 3 must be given a Unique Title and a Unique Description. Meta Keywords are optional since most search engines no longer use them for indexing web pages.
1. Title <title></title>: this is located in the <head> section (code view) of each web page.
You do not have to go into the code to insert the Title. Instead, open one of your web pages, then click File --> Choose Properties.
This will open the dialog box shown below.

2. Page Description: Complete this for each web page in your site. This will be placed in the <meta description ... which is located in the <head> section of the web page.
This Description is also shown in the search engine results pages. Therefore, this is very important and should be taken very seriously. This is where you 'sell' yourself, or sell your web page and influence viewers to click on your link in the search results.
3. Keywords: these are completely optional. Keywords inserted here will be place in the <meta keywords tag in the <head> section of the web page.
The reason these keywords are optional is because the major search engines no longer use meta keywords when generating search engine results pages for search queries. Some of the smaller search engines might still use these keywords. Yet, I would not waste too much time on this section. What's important is using keywords in other places on your web page, like the title tag and heading tags, as well as in your page content.
