Terms & Shipping Policies

Risk Free Purchase

Your purchase is Risk Free.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100% or return the product for a full refund.  If you are not completely satisfied, contact me with the email on your receipt and let me know.  I will instruct you as to how to return the DVDs.  You must contact me within 20 days of receiving your order. Please do not return any DVDs without first speaking with me.  I will provide instructions as to how to return your items.

Payments

  • *I accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MC, Discover, E-Check, PayPal, Money Order, Personal Checks, Telephone Orders
  • *I prefer payment by: Credit or Debit
  • *All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
  • *All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
  • *Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.

Shipping

*Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.

*I ship items Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours of payment.

*I do not ship on major US holidays.

*All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

*If I ship the wrong item, I will ship the correct item at no extra charge to you.

*US Orders are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail.

*International Orders are shipped First Class International Mail. 

*Delivery times to International locations tend to vary.  It is impossible for me to give you exact shipment dates as Customs can hold things up.  However, I have a 100% shipping percentage for International Shipments.  If you do not receive your order within 20 days, please contact me and I will reship your order.

  

Returns

If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact me. All orders are guaranteed. You will receive what you ordered in a timely manner. Period. But mistakes occasionally happen. If a mistake happens, all remedies will be pursued quickly so as to deliver your order asap.

If you are not fully satisfied with any of my products and service after the sale, then contact me for a full refund, less shipping and handling within 20 days of receiving your order.

Please, do not return any items without first contacting me.  Contact me with the email provided to you on your receipt.

All DVD Customers will be permitted to begin watching online videos from DVD 1 after payment is verified. This process is done manually, therefore please allow a few hours to be activated for online viewing.

Note that this is a free service and provided as a courtesy to my customers.  I cannot guarantee this service, yet, so far everyone has been able to view the videos prior to receiving their DVDs.

Your Privacy is Very Important to Me

I value each and every customer, new or old, and I take great lengths to ensure your online experience is secure.  

The shopping cart and checkout process is encrypted with 256 bit SSL security. 

An additional measure is taken to secure your personal info and transactions...I am a Buy Safe Merchant.  Look for the label in the lower right corner of each page.  I have met stringent requirements in order to be able to display the Buy Safe label.

**Your personal financial information is secure.  Your information is only used to complete your order and to deliver your order as specified.  In no way will your information be used for any other purpose.  The exception to this is if you sign up for my newsletter...even then all that is required is your email address.  I hate spam, and I know you do to.  Therefore, I never sell your information to anyone for any reason. Period.

Your Order is secure with 256 bit encryption.

How can  you tell when the checkout page you are on is secured with encryption?  Just look in the browser and notice "https://" has taken the place of "http://".   When SSL (secure socket layer) is added to an online store or checkout page, the https:// becomes visible.

The Newsletter will contain valuable information for my customers looking to continue their learning.  In the works right now are free videos that past and present customers can view for FREE.  sign up for my Newsletter.  The newsletter sign up is located to the left of the shopping cart Checkout.

There is also a lot of info for non-customers.  So sign up!

New - Affiliate Program (almost ready!)

Soon you will be able to make extra money by promoting all of my products.  Go to my Online Store and click on the Affiliate Program Link and get registered.  Shortly, new banners and text ads will be uploaded for you to use.  Also, you will have a very simple affiliate back office to keep track of your statistics and commissions.
